NOTE REGARDING PICTURES: the pictures of the item(s) being
offered are of the actual item(s), and considerable effort is taken to provide helpful
pictures. However, due to the various aspects of the imaging process, and the variables
of the monitors on which the pictures may be viewed, the pictures may not be a precise

NOTE regarding quality descriptions: Descriptions of quality are
inherently subjective. The quality descriptions we provide, are to the best of our certified gemologist's
ability, and are her honest opinion. Disagreements with quality descriptions may occur. Diamond grading is
subjective and may vary greatly. If the lowest color or clarity grades we specify are determined to be
more than one grade lower than indicated, you may return the item for a full refund less shipping and
insurance. Appraisal value is given at retail value for insurance purposes only. Appraisal value is
subjective and may vary from one gemologist to another. Opinions of appraisers may vary up to 25%.
All of the certified diamonds have been graded by a third party not affiliated to Alan G Jewelers.
The certifications carried by Alan G Jewelers are EGL, GIA and HRD.
***RETURN POLICY 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
PURCHASE WITH ABSOLUTE CONFIDENCE; you may return the item for ANY reason within 30
days if only in its original condition! I will give a full refund of the purchase price,
minus shipping and insurance. In the event the ring is worn and has scratches on the ring,
there will be a restocking fee of 2%. If the ring is sized or altered in any way that fee
will not be refunded and a restocking fee of 2% will apply to turn the ring back to its original design.
Custom designed rings are NON - REFUNDABLE
We do not warranty against loss of diamonds. We are wholesalers and this service is provided
by retail companies.
If you choose to receive a refund prior to the item being shipped to you, there will be no restocking fee,
unless any alterations done to the ring. A full refund will be returned less any alterations and a restocking
fee of 2.0% to return the ring back to its original state. NOTE: THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE DEDUCTIONS
FOR ANY REASON. Feel free to email me for the exact amount of deductions from the refund.
NOTE: Many sellers charge high return penalties to the buyer to deter returns, or to provide the seller
with substantial profit even if the item is returned! This is NOT the case with my return/refund policy.
My deductions from the refund for a returned item are very close to my actual cost of receiving payment and
sending the item, and may even be less!
Return Procedure:
To return an item, you must notify me by email/phone within 30 days of delivery of
your intention to return. The item must be returned within 5 days (postmarked by
the 35th day from delivery to you). It must be sent to me with insurance for the
full purchase price, unless it is an item with a purchase price greater than $5000.
To return an item with a purchase price greater than $5000, contact me by email for
shipping instructions. The item must be returned to me in the same condition as
sent to you.
This return procedure gives the buyer a 30 day inspection period to decide to return
the item, and an additional 5 days to place the item back in the mail to me. Upon
receipt of the item in the same condition as sent to the buyer, I will make the refund
to the buyer. ANY extension of the inspection period for ANY reason is COMPLETELY and
SOLELY at my discretion.

Payment:
After the item has been purchased, you need to notify me when payment will be received.
Please use the shopping cart to make your purchase. You may also pay with your
credit card by calling our store during our store hours. In most cases, item will be
shipped in the same day as payment received, unless there are special instructions
by you.
Shipping:
UPS Ground shipping is provided with insurance at no cost to the client.
In the event of a return a $25.00 shipping and insurance charge will be charged to the
client. UPS 2nd day and 3rd day will be posted on the website at time of check out.
Received Orders:
When orders are received the clients will be contacted to verify the order. The ring size
